Wedding & Events FAQ

Are chairs and tables provided?

All of our venues, except the amphitheater, have some chairs and tables provided. To help us better prepare, we ask that you know exactly how many guests you are expecting. We always plan for a few more, so on the day of your event if extra guests show up, we will be prepared.

Are we allowed to decorate?

Absolutely!
We would love for you to decorate and create a beautiful space for your special day, however, we ask that our property and walls are not harmed in the process.

If any damage occurs, we will keep your deposit and you may also be charged for any additional repairs needed by one of our professional contractors.

Also, if you take anything down to decorate, we ask that you put things back the way you found them.

What about parking?

Our Amphitheater and Rhododendron Hall have parking lots provided. The Barn offers grass parking.

We ask that no roads are blocked during your events.

Are we allowed to have alcohol?

Due to wanting our grounds to remain a safe, friendly and family atmosphere, we do not allow alcohol at events or weddings.
